SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Limited spaced available for Small Group Training both morning and night sessions are offered Monday – Friday. Enjoy working out with others or just looking to save a few dollars, this is the option for you.
Meet with our in-house Nutrition Coach and learn how to maintain a healthier relationship with food. You can expect to learn more about tracking macros, new recipes, shopping tips, supplementation and much more.
BOXING + STRENGTH TRAINING
A six week course that progresses each week. Meet with our own boxing coach 2 days a week and strength coach once a week.
Join our Bootcamp! Enjoy activities such as Small Hurdles, Battle Ropes, Cone Drills, Body Weight Resistance and Partner Work. Come Join us at Cerritos Park. Please call for availability.
Recovery is an essential part of training that is often neglected. enjoy a great strech and or a sports massage. Reserve time with your favorite trainer for Table Time.
